About REW Law

A Firm Built on Tenacity, Trust, and Results.

We founded REW Law on a simple belief: every client — whether an individual facing a personal crisis or a business protecting its livelihood — deserves a fierce, dedicated advocate.

REW Law office

Our Story

REW Law was built to be different. In a legal landscape full of firms that treat clients like case numbers, we set out to create something more personal — a firm where every client gets direct access to an experienced attorney who genuinely cares about the outcome.

Our firm covers a broad range of legal matters — from the most sensitive family disputes to complex commercial litigation and criminal defense. That breadth isn't accidental. It reflects our commitment to being a true full-service firm for the people and businesses we serve.

Our clients come to us in some of the most challenging moments of their lives. We take that responsibility seriously. We fight hard, communicate clearly, and never stop working until we've achieved the best possible result.

What Drives Us

Tenacious Advocacy

We don't back down. Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table, we fight with everything we have for every client.

Personal Attention

You'll always know where your case stands. We communicate proactively and make sure you understand every step of the process.

Broad Experience

Our attorney handles a wide range of legal matters — giving you the advantage of a full-service firm without the impersonal feel of a large practice.

Client-First Mindset

Every decision we make is guided by one question: what's best for our client? Your goals are our goals.

Experience

I have litigated cases in Colorado for nearly twenty-two years. I have litigated cases for individuals and businesses in federal court, state district court, county court and municipal court. I have also represented clients in appellate matters. I was introduced to litigation when I served as a law intern for Judge Angela Arkin (retired) in the fall of 2003, during my last year in law school. Judge Arkin is a preeminent family law expert in Colorado, and while I interned with her, I was able to watch her as she presided over family law cases, probate cases, civil cases, and criminal cases. Since that internship, I have handled approximately 1600 (or more) matters in the following areas: family law, commercial litigation (I have several clients who are business owners that I have served and continue to serve), construction litigation, real estate litigation, HOA litigation, landlord/tenant insurance disputes, collections, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, employment, and criminal matters.

Education

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1998 from Brigham Young University, where I majored in psychology and minored in business management.

I graduated from the University of Denver, with my Juris Doctor degree, in May 2004. While attending law school, I served as the student body president, was a staff member on the Water Law Review, served as a student tax lawyer, and served as a tutor for other law students.

Personal

Over the years I have served in various volunteer capacities in the community. I served as a public works commissioner for the Town of Castle Rock. I have been a youth league sports coach and a scout master. In my spare time, I like to enjoy the great outdoors and time with my family.
